Some are nervous, worried about how they will play and what their opponents will be like. But as “Enter Sandman” plays, the girls remember the meaning of the song, and become pumped for the game. After coming home from fishing, he took a shower and headed to the show around nine p.m. Maybe taking a gravel road wasn’t the best choice because that is where Houston hit a 300 pound black cow. This year’s trip was to the Clinton Library in Little Rock. The GT students left school during first period on March 12. The students took a three hour bus trip to Little Rock. When they arrived in North Little Rock, they had the option of eating at Red Lobster or Olive Garden. The students then left to take a tour of the Clinton Library. [...] BIANCA GARCIA – Hoof Prints Staff The Lady Mustang’s season came to an end on March 4 at the state basketball tournament in Carlisle. They played against Conway Christian who was seeded second. The Lady Mustangs put up a good fight, but Conway Christian was ready for their opposition. They lost the game by fourteen points. The Lady Mustangs ended the season with a 24-11 record. [...] Three weeks ago the Student Council wanted to give out a helping hand toward Haiti. The Council held a meeting during lunch to brainstorm ideas to raise money. After coming up with ideas, Colby Qualls and Jenna Pike came up with the best idea. Their idea was a “Kiss the Pig” contest. [...] |
